商品來源皆為海外官網核准之零售商、電商、藥妝店等,若對商品來源有疑慮者,請至台灣代理商購買。 All of the products we sell come from retailers, e-commerce companies, drugstores, etc. approved by the overseas official brand website. If you have any reservations about the source of the products, please purchase them from your local drugstore.

為什麼你們家的商品外包裝沒有塑膠封膜?Why your products come without plastic wrapping?
我們的商品來源為美國及歐洲的零售商,而現在在美國和歐洲,出於環保原因,大多數產品都不使用塑膠包裝,以減少浪費。 Our products are sourced from retailers in the US and Europe. Now in the US and Europe most products don't use plastic wrapping for environmental reasons, in order to reduce waste.

訂單成立後,何時可以收到商品?After placing an order, how long will it take for the product/s to arrive?
除有特殊情形,所有現貨商品將在3個工作日內出貨。 Except for special circumstances, all in-stock items will be delivered within 3 business days.

預購商品需要等待約20工作日的國際空運。If the products are not in stock, the waiting time should be about 20 business days to allow for international air transportation plus goverment customs checks.

所有配送皆以物流公司為主。正常狀況下,寄送台灣本島,超商約3~5個工作日;離外島或特殊假期,則有可能更長時間。 All deliveries in Taiwan are handled by local logistics companies. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 3 to 5 business days for the products to be delivered in the main island by local convenience stores. It may take longer for products delivered to outlying islands or during holiday periods.

預購商品可以先知道有效期限嗎?Can I know the expiry date of products which are not in stock?
有效期限都依照實品到貨為主。Normally the expiry date should be at least 18 months from the date we receive the products, with some exceptions where due to the nature of the product the expiry date may be shorter than 12 months. We will not know the exact expiry date until we receive the products in Taiwan.


為什麼包裝和我之前購買的不太一樣嗎? Why is the packaging different to the one I bought before?
多數國際品牌通常每1-2年會微幅調整外包裝樣式。每當外包裝有更新時,舊包裝與新包裝會同時在市場上販售。Most international brands change their packaging every year or two, they will continue using the old packaging together with the new one for a period of time until the old one has been sold out.


為什麼你們家的商品在不同平台售價不同?Why your products have different prices in different shopping platforms?
大型購物網站所收取的成交手續費、金流與系統處理費等皆不盡相同,因此會有不同的成本考量,進而影響銷售價格。(例:蝦皮購物自2026年起每筆美妝保養品訂單收取至少16.5%的費用)Different shopping platforms charge different TRANSACTION FEES, leading to different cost considerations that affect our final selling prices. (For example, Shopee has been charging at least 16.5% on every beauty and skincare order since the beginning of 2026.)


我要如何知道我想要的商品是否有現貨?How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

當你的訂單同時有預購商品以及現貨商品時,我們通常會等所有商品都到貨後一起出貨。When your order contains both pre-ordered and in-stock items, we will usually wait until all items arrive before shipping them together.
